How access works on Wix

You set up access once for each website. It stays in place, so the next time you need help we can start without asking again.

  1. 1In your Wix dashboard, go to Settings, then Roles and Permissions, then Invite People.
  2. 2Enter the email address we give you and choose the Website Manager role.
  3. 3We accept the invitation and start work once you have accepted our quote.

You never share your password. You can remove us from Roles and Permissions at any time.

Wix questions

Will you need my Wix password?

No. You invite us as a contributor from your Wix dashboard, which gives us our own login to your site. You can remove it whenever you like.

Why does my Wix site look different on phones?

Wix has a separate mobile editor, and changes made on the desktop version do not always carry across. We fix the mobile layout so it matches.

Can you move my site off Wix?

A move to another platform is a bigger project than a fix, so it is not covered by a one-off quote. Email us and we can talk about it separately.
