Do I need to know anything technical?
No. The questions are written in plain English and you can answer in your own words. If you don't know the answer to something, you can skip it.
How much does a one-off fix cost?
From £39, including VAT. Sending a request is free. We look at the problem, send you a fixed quote, and nothing is charged until you accept it.
How do you get into my website?
On Shopify we send a collaborator request, which you approve from your store admin. On WordPress you approve WebFixed from your own dashboard with one click. For other platforms we show you how to invite us. You never need to send us your password, and you only set it up once for each website.
I have more than one website. Can you help with all of them?
Yes. Add each website to your account, set up access once for each, and send requests for any of them from the same place.
Which platforms do you work with?
Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace and Webflow, along with most custom built sites. Etsy doesn't allow outside access, so for Etsy shops we guide you through the fix instead.
